A true classic: a black silhouette appears and you have ten seconds to say which Pokémon it is. On PokéMinis you can play it for free, with nothing to download and no sign-up, on your phone or your computer.
Each game has 10 rounds with four possible names. Get it right and the Pokémon is revealed and you earn coins; get it wrong or run out of time and your streak ends. The Pokémon come from the first three generations (Kanto, Johto and Hoenn), 386 in total.
How to play
- Look at the silhouette and pick one of the four names before the timer bar runs out.
- Each correct answer earns 4 coins, plus one more for every correct answer in a row, up to 6 extra.
- When the 10 rounds are over, your record is saved and the coins are yours to spend in the shop.
Tip: Look for the details that give each Pokémon away: ears, tails, wings or posture. Evolved Pokémon often keep the shape of their earlier forms, so if you are torn between two, think about which one fits the full silhouette.
